Our Approach to Copyright

Teen Patti Now respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same of anyone who uses this site. Our guides, comparisons and tools are written and built by us. App names, icons and logos that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the app being discussed, as explained in our Disclaimer.

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send us a notice as described below and we will review it promptly. We handle notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and also act on equivalent notices under India's Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

How to File a Takedown Notice

Email your notice to support@teenpattinow.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. To be valid, it must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list is enough.
  3. The exact URL or URLs on teenpattinow.com where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices missing these details may be delayed while we ask for them. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, so please check that the use isn't covered by fair use or fair dealing, such as brief quotation for review or identification, before sending a notice.

What Happens After You Send a Notice

  • We acknowledge valid notices and aim to review them within a few business days.
  • If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material identified.
  • Where the material came from someone other than us, such as a quoted third-party source, we let them know about the removal where we reasonably can.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to support@teenpattinow.com with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

On receiving a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they tell us they have started legal action, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days.

For App Publishers

If you publish an app covered on this site and want its icon or logo removed, or want to correct information about it, you don't need a formal DMCA notice. Email support@teenpattinow.com from an address at your official domain and we will act on it.
