Teen Patti Master Recharge Not Credited: What to Do

If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but your Teen Patti Master wallet wasn't credited, check whether the payment shows as Failed/Pending or Successful — that decides which route applies. Note the UPI reference number (UTR), then contact the app's in-app support and, if the payment failed, separately raise a dispute on it in your UPI app. Never pay anyone to release a recharge or refund: being asked to send money for that is always a scam.

The Pattern: Debited, but Wallet Not Credited

Many players report the same problem: money leaves a bank account or UPI app, but the game wallet shows the recharge as failed, pending, or never updates. This typically happens when a payment fails or times out between the payment processor and the app after your bank has already debited you.

Real-money gaming is prohibited in India under the 2025 Online Gaming Act, so this guide is about recovering money from a payment that failed, not about continuing to play for money.

We don't operate or have account-level access to any Teen Patti Master build, so we can't check or resolve a specific transaction. What follows is the general, non-app-specific process that applies to any failed UPI or card payment in India.

First: Gather Your Evidence

  • The UPI reference number or UTR: a 12-digit number your bank or UPI app labels "UPI Ref No." or "UTR", found in the transaction's SMS, notification or statement entry.
  • Whether the UPI app shows the payment as Failed, Pending or Successful. This single detail decides which part of Route 2 below applies to you.
  • The exact date and time of the payment.
  • A screenshot of the app's own transaction/recharge history showing it as failed or pending.
  • A screenshot or statement line showing the debit, including the merchant name shown on it. That's often a payment aggregator or company name, not "Teen Patti Master" — support may ask you to confirm it.
  • Your in-app user ID or registered phone number.

Collect these before contacting anyone. Both the app and your bank will ask for the same core details, and having them ready avoids a slower back-and-forth.

Route 1: Contact the App's Own Support

Use the in-app Help or Support section, never a phone number or WhatsApp contact found outside the app. Send your UTR, the date and amount, and your game ID, and describe the problem in one or two sentences. A genuine support team should give you a ticket or reference number and some sense of timeline; if you hear nothing back within a few days, that's the point to lean on Route 2 instead of waiting longer. See Teen Patti Master customer care for the full message template and the scam patterns to watch for while you wait.

Route 2: Raise a Dispute With Your Bank or UPI App

Check the status your UPI app shows for the payment first. If it says Failed or Pending, the money should be reversed to you automatically, and this route is your main lever. If it says Successful, the merchant (the app's payment processor) was actually paid, and your bank won't auto-reverse it — but you can still raise a "goods or services not received" dispute on the transaction in your UPI app, and Route 1 above matters more in that case.

For a payment that failed or is still pending, RBI's 2019 rules on failed digital payments (the "TAT harmonisation" circular, DPSS.CO.PD No.629/02.01.014/2019-20) require an automatic reversal and set compensation of ₹100 for each day of delay beyond the prescribed window. That window is commonly described as T+1 for a failed transfer and T+5 for a failed merchant payment like a recharge, though check your bank's or UPI app's own grievance page for the figure it quotes.

  • Open your UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, your bank's own app) and raise a dispute or "report issue" directly on the failed transaction, using its reference number.
  • If that doesn't resolve it, contact your bank's own customer care with the UTR and ask them to trace the transaction.
  • NPCI runs a separate dispute process for UPI payments at npci.org.in; worth raising there too if your bank stalls.
  • For a free, lighter next step, the government's National Consumer Helpline, 1915, handles pre-litigation disputes like this one.
  • If the bank rejects your complaint or doesn't respond within 30 days, escalate formally to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.

This dispute route applies to the payment itself, independent of which app or merchant it was intended for.

What to Ignore: The Scam Version of This Problem

The same "money went missing" moment is the one scammers targeting this app family look for. If anyone contacts you first, claiming to be support and offering to fix a recharge or refund, and then asks for your UPI PIN, an OTP, or a "processing fee" to release the money, stop immediately: a genuine refund or recharge credit never requires you to send money or share a PIN. See Is Teen Patti Master Safe? for the full table of scam patterns targeting this app's players.

If you've already been scammed this way, call your bank immediately and report it on the national cybercrime helpline, 1930, or at cybercrime.gov.in.

If Neither Route Resolves It

If the steps above don't resolve a genuine failed-payment dispute, e-Jagriti, the government's current consumer complaint platform, lets you file formally against a service provider — it has absorbed the older e-Daakhil portal. This formal route is for payment and service disputes generally; it's separate from what recourse exists for money already lost in real-money gameplay itself, which the 2025 Act's ban limits regardless of how a complaint is filed.

Teen Patti Master Recharge Problems: FAQ

My money was debited but my Teen Patti Master wallet wasn't credited. What do I do?

Note your UPI reference number (UTR) and check whether the payment shows as Failed, Pending or Successful, then contact the app's in-app support and, if it failed, raise a dispute on it in your UPI app at the same time.

How long until a failed recharge is refunded?

If the payment shows as Failed or Pending, RBI's rules require an automatic reversal, with the bank owing you ₹100 for each day it's late beyond the window — commonly described as T+1 for a transfer and T+5 for a merchant payment, so confirm the figure with your bank. If it shows as Successful, no auto-reversal applies; raise a dispute with the app's support instead.

Someone offered to fix my stuck recharge for a fee. Should I pay?

No. Being asked to send money, by UPI or any other way, to release a recharge, refund or withdrawal is always a scam. Report the contact and, if you've already paid, call your bank and report it on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.

Can I get my money back if it was lost in real-money gameplay, not a failed recharge?

That's a different situation from a payment that never reached your wallet. Real-money online gaming is prohibited in India under the 2025 Online Gaming Act, which limits what recourse you have for money already played, as opposed to a failed bank-to-wallet transfer.
