RummyCircle is one of the longer-established online rummy apps in India, offering 13-card rummy in points, pool and deals formats. It's available directly on the Play Store and App Store in most regions, unlike several real-money card apps that distribute outside official stores. Rummy has long been treated by Indian courts as a game of skill, but that no longer settles whether real-money play is currently offered here: India's 2025 Online Gaming Act prohibits offering or advertising real-money online games nationally without a skill-versus-chance exception, and it's led major operators to withdraw real-money modes since it passed.
