RummyCircle is a genuine app run by Games24x7, one of India's longest-established online gaming companies, and it has official Google Play and App Store listings. The bigger change is legal: after India's 2025 Online Gaming Act, Games24x7 paused deposits and paid games on its real-money platforms in August 2025 while keeping withdrawals available. That means anyone now offering "RummyCircle cash tables", bonus top-ups or account services through WhatsApp or Telegram is not RummyCircle. Install only from the official store, and treat "KYC update" messages and agents as scams.
Who Runs RummyCircle?
RummyCircle is operated by Games24x7, a Mumbai-based company that also runs other well-known gaming apps. Unlike many real-money card apps, it has been distributed through the official app stores, with a named company, published terms and support inside the app. On the question "is the company real?", RummyCircle is in a much stronger position than apps with no identifiable publisher.
What Changed After the 2025 Online Gaming Act
Rummy had long been treated by Indian courts as a game of skill, which is how real-money rummy apps operated openly.
