For adults (18+) only. Real-money online games are prohibited in India under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, and real-money play carries financial risk and can be habit-forming. We couldn't verify any official customer-care phone number for Yono Games, and we couldn't confirm a single consistent publisher behind the name at all (see is Yono Games safe for what we checked). Numbers posted on complaint-listing sites and search results claiming to be "Yono Games customer care" are unverified, and some search results for this query are actually about YONO, the State Bank of India's unrelated banking app. Treat any phone number found outside the app itself as unverified, use only the app's own in-app support, and never share an OTP or UPI PIN, or pay a fee, to anyone claiming to fix a Yono Games problem.
Is There a Yono Games Customer Care Number?
Not one we could verify. Normally you'd check a support number against the developer's store listing or company website, but for Yono Games we found neither: no consistent publisher and no official store listing we could confirm — our Yono Games page doesn't link to a Yono download for that reason. With nothing official to compare against, a number on a third-party site can't be checked at all.
If someone contacts you first, claiming to be Yono Games support and offering to fix a problem, treat that as the clearest sign it isn't genuine. Real support doesn't call or message out of the blue.
Watch for a Different Mix-Up: SBI's YONO App
If your search for "Yono customer care" turned up State Bank of India results, those are for SBI's YONO banking app, which, as far as we can tell, has no connection with Yono Games (see is Yono Games safe for the full distinction). To reach SBI about your actual bank account, use the helpline on SBI's official website or the back of your SBI card, not a number found while searching for help with a card-game app. And never enter bank login details, card numbers or OTPs into a game app, or into a link from an SMS or WhatsApp message about "YONO rewards" or a "YONO KYC update".
Real Yono Games Support Channels
- Inside the app itself: look for Help, Support or a chat icon in the profile, wallet or settings menu. This is the only channel that already knows which account and build you're asking about.
- The developer's official website, if the app itself names one: use its contact page directly, and check the domain carefully rather than trusting a search result.
- If the app has an official store listing, Google Play or the App Store show a developer contact email on the listing page.
For Yono Games specifically, we couldn't confirm an official store listing or developer website, so in practice the in-app Help or Support section may be the only channel that exists. If a build has neither, that's a reason not to put money into it.
Keep screenshots of your transaction IDs and any messages you send, and never share an OTP or UPI PIN, or install a remote-access app, to "verify" anything.
What Genuine Support Will and Won't Ask For
| Genuine support may ask for | Genuine support never asks for |
|---|---|
| Your registered phone number or user ID | An OTP sent to your phone |
| A transaction ID and a screenshot | Your UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV |
| The date and amount of a payment | A payment, fee or tax to release money |
| KYC documents, inside the app itself | Installing a screen-sharing or remote-access app |
Common Customer Care Scams to Watch For
| Scam | How it works | How to spot it |
|---|---|---|
| Fake helpline numbers | A number on a complaint site or search result answers as "Yono Games support" and offers to fix a stuck withdrawal. | No verified official source lists it, and support that starts with you calling a random number isn't genuine. |
| OTP or UPI PIN request | An "agent" asks for an OTP or your UPI PIN to refund or verify you. | Receiving money never needs your UPI PIN, and no genuine support team asks for an OTP. |
| Refund or unlock fee | Your balance shows a win that's "blocked" until you pay a tax or processing fee. | Genuine apps deduct charges from the payout itself. Paying to receive money is always a scam. |
| Remote-access apps | You're asked to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer or a similar screen-sharing app so "support" can help. | Anyone with remote access can watch you type passwords and approve payments. Never install one for a stranger. |
| Telegram or WhatsApp "agents" | Someone offers recharges, refunds or bonus codes through a personal chat account. | Apps don't run support through personal chat accounts, and payments to an agent's UPI ID go straight to the scammer. |
What to Do If You've Already Been Scammed
- Call your bank immediately using the number on your card or the bank's official app, and ask them to block the account or card involved. Speed matters: banks can sometimes stop money that hasn't left the system yet.
- Report it on the national cybercrime helpline, 1930, and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in with transaction IDs, screenshots and the scammer's number or UPI ID.
- Raise a dispute for the transaction directly in the UPI app you used.
- Report the scam number on the government's Sanchar Saathi portal (the Chakshu facility) so it can be acted on.
- If you installed a remote-access app for anyone, uninstall it and change your banking and email passwords from a different device.
This is general information. RBI rules can limit your liability for unauthorised electronic transactions if you report them quickly, usually within three working days, but the outcome depends on the circumstances, for example whether an OTP or PIN was shared. Ask your bank about your case.
The Safest Option: Avoid Needing Support at All
Most support problems in this category trace back to real money. Since India's 2025 Online Gaming Act prohibits real-money online games, and we couldn't verify who even publishes Yono Games, the safest route is not to deposit at all: our free Teen Patti practice table needs no account. See is Yono Games safe for the full safety checklist and Yono Games withdrawals for how payouts are supposed to work if you already have a balance to recover.
Yono Games Customer Care: FAQ
What is the Yono Games customer care number?
We couldn't verify an official one. Numbers found online, including on complaint-listing sites, are unverified. Use the Help or Support section inside the app you actually installed.
Is the Yono Games customer care number the same as SBI's YONO helpline?
No. As far as we can tell, Yono Games has no connection with SBI's YONO banking app despite the similar name, and search results for one often surface the other. Don't call a number meant for your bank account about a game app, or vice versa.
How do I contact Yono Games about a withdrawal problem?
Use the Help or Support section inside the app, with your transaction ID ready. Never pay a fee to release a withdrawal, and never share an OTP or UPI PIN.
Someone from "Yono Games support" asked for my UPI PIN. Is it real?
No. Receiving money never requires your UPI PIN. Don't share it, block the contact, and if you already did, call your bank and report it on 1930.
Where do I report a Yono Games scam?
Call 1930 or file at cybercrime.gov.in, tell your bank immediately, and raise a dispute in your UPI app.
